By visiting our website, requesting a quote, or booking a ride, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms listed below. 1. Service Eligibility & Agreement

BKB Limo Chauffeur offers professional chauffeur-driven transportation to individuals and businesses within approved service areas. By placing a reservation, the client enters into a service agreement with BKB Limo Chauffeur and confirms that all provided information is accurate and truthful.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or applicable laws.

2. Ride Requests & Scheduling

All ride requests are handled based on vehicle availability and operational capacity.

Reservations may be submitted online, by phone, or through authorized booking systems. A trip is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. Pickup times, addresses, and passenger details must be clearly provided. Same-day or last-minute requests are subject to availability.

Incorrect or misleading trip details may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation.

3. Fare Structure & Billing

Rates are determined based on several factors, including vehicle selection, trip length, service duration, and location.

All pricing is displayed in U.S. dollars. Final charges may differ from estimates if trip details change. Certain services require advance payment. Taxes, tolls, parking, wait time, and gratuity may not be included unless stated.

Unpaid balances may lead to immediate cancellation of service.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment details, the client authorizes BKB Limo Chauffeur to charge the provided payment method for agreed services and any additional applicable fees.

Accepted payment options may include credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.

Payment disputes must be reported promptly for review.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Missed Pickups

Because our services involve reserved vehicles and chauffeurs, changes and cancellations affect scheduling.

Modification requests must be submitted as early as possible. Cancellation timeframes are provided during booking. Late cancellations may be charged partially or in full. Missed pickups or no-shows are generally non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method.

6. Passenger Conduct Expectations

To ensure safety and service quality, passengers must behave responsibly during transportation.

Passengers agree to follow all laws and safety instructions, avoid aggressive, disruptive, or illegal behavior, supervise minors at all times, and cover costs for damages caused by negligence or misuse.

Service may be ended immediately if behavior poses a safety risk.

7. Vehicle Care & Usage Rules

All vehicles must be respected as private property.

Smoking or vaping without prior approval, use or transport of illegal substances, carrying hazardous or prohibited materials, and creating excessive mess or damage are not permitted.

Cleaning or repair costs may be charged if vehicles require special attention.

8. Chauffeur Authority & Responsibilities

Chauffeurs are authorized to operate vehicles safely and professionally.

They are responsible for complying with traffic and transportation laws, providing courteous and respectful service, and maintaining clean and safe vehicles.

Chauffeurs may refuse or discontinue service if safety or legal standards are compromised.

9. Delays Outside Our Control

BKB Limo Chauffeur is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

These circumstances may include traffic congestion, severe weather conditions, accidents or road closures, mechanical or infrastructure issues, and government or emergency restrictions.

Such events do not automatically qualify for refunds.

10. Personal Property

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.

Please check vehicles before exiting. BKB Limo Chauffeur is not liable for lost or forgotten items. Recovered items may require a retrieval or delivery fee.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by U.S. law.

Transportation services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability does not extend beyond the cost of the booked service.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Additional Charges

Extra fees may apply for extended waiting time, unscheduled stops or route deviations, service time exceeding the original booking, and excessive cleaning or vehicle damage.

Such charges may be added to the final invoice.

13. Updates to These Terms

BKB Limo Chauffeur may revise these Terms of Service at any time.

Updates take effect once published on the website. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where services are performed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
